Refunds & Returns

At Appalachian Outpost, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting both our customers and business.

Return Window
You must contact us to initiate a return within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase. After that window, all sales are considered final.

Item Condition
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pre-Owned & Consignment Items
Pre-owned, used, or consignment items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item was significantly not as described.

Non-Returnable Items
All sales of bait, food, or custom special orders are final due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Warranty Claims
Some products may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers are responsible for warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.

All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS depending on the item size, weight, and destination.

Insurance
Every package is fully insured for the total purchase value to protect against loss or damage during transit.

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available at no additional charge. Simply select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout and visit us during business hours.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or replacement as appropriate.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
